New Rotarians pledge community service

Del. Dianna Graves and Dr. Eric Tarr Pledge Community Service as Putnam Rotarians

Two new candidates took the pledge for community service today and were inducted into Putnam Rotary.

Dr. Eric J. Tarr is a candidate for the West Virginia Senate, District 4. He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified as an Orthopedic Specialist and holds a Masters in Business Administration. His leisure interests include golf, hunting, and classic Corvettes. He is at home in Scott Depot with spouse Natalie and their three children. Dr. Tarr was sponsored for Rotary membership by Jarrod Dean.


Dianna Graves represents the 38th Delegate District in the West Virginia Legislature. At home in Cross Lanes, Del. Graves is an auditor with the Charleston accounting firm Suttle & Stalnaker. A graduate of Stanford University, her leisure hours are spent with reading, gardening, and beekeeping. She is the first apiarist to join the ranks of Putnam Rotary.
