The second winner in the 2012 raffle jackpot today was Ken Higginbotham of Hurricane. A native of Putnam, the winner is a retired teacher who served as Superintendent of Schools and principal of Hurricane High School.

Higginbotham's winnings are $500.

The final jackpot drawing will take place at noon on Tuesday, April 10th, at the First State Bank Community Room.

The final drawing will be for $1,000. Tickets are still available, and ticket holders to not have to be present to win.
